The president in such a situation can issue decrees and edicts.
Yes, that's significant to the needs of the people. I hope that every individuals who's working in the Government will have a big heart for the country as a public servant and not just to focus their personal interest. That way we will be able to eliminate the Poorest of poorest tagging in the community.
