Modern Day Convenience Leads to Lost Children.

When the NEW Super Metro (supermarket) in Calbayog City, Samar opened, we would make a trip there about twice a week for groceries. Just about every other trip to this store, I hear an announcement of a lost child over the PA system. "Please come claim your child" is what you will here... like they are a package or something. It seems the average citizent here enters the store, becomes totally dumbfounded at such a miracle of modern architecture (and air-conditioning), they will stagger around the store and completely forget that they have childrenin tow! Maybe next time I hear the announcement, I will go claim one... since we don't have any at home. Might be fun!
