Precautions . . . Safety should be the top priority !
We always thought that our home is the safest place, it will only be safe if you will prioritize it.
Kids will always imitate what is done by the elders please bear in mind that if you will not explain these things to them the more curious they become.
I just want to share this to you, this happened 2 hours ago and decided to write an article to warn others.
I was so tired and directly hit the bed after mass to catch up some hours before going to work. Thinking that my oldest daughter is still watching over my 2 years old when suddenly I felt a burning sensation on my foot and abruptly got up surprised by what I saw my 2 year old Arabella was holding the flat iron which she plugged into the socket.
I can't even scold her knowing that it was my fault. I talked to her and explained things, even if I'm not sure if she understood but I can see on her face how sorry she was.
And the mess below was her trying to make meatballs using baby powder.
Please keep harmful things away from a child. I learned my lesson and thankful that no greater damage was done for that experience.
Hoping that you could also learn from my mistakes.
