My Kind of Paksiw
I used to cooked sourly fish "inun-onan" in Bisaya or "paksiw" in Tagalog in a clay pot.
Iba or kamias is my ingredient for making it taste sour. It is now the season of the iba trees to bear fruits. I picked some of it.
