These two recent mall fires should be an eye-opener to all. Even if the Fire Protection design of the building is correct, but not properly implemented, the designs for fire protection are of no use. Standard Operating Procedures are there for a reason. Negligence on this matter can cost people's lives! 😢 Thank God there are no casualties on the most recent Metro Ayala fire incident.
Yeah. At least a Metro Ayala has learned a little bit from the NCCC Mall fire to keep the accident casualty free
