Throwback:1990's Kids in the Philippines

Good eve Steemitans! Specially to Pinoy readers and bloggers! Naalala nyo pa mga batang 90's ang mga libangan natin noon. Nakakalungkot lamang na isipin na hindi na tayo nakakakita ng mga batang masayang naglalaro katulad natin halibawa na lang "jolens" yung tipong may iba-iba pa kayong postura ng pagtira ng jolens. Naalala ko pa noong bata ako yung tipong puro lupa na yung kuko mo at puro amos kana dahil dumayo ka pa sa kabilang barangay para lamang magjolens haha.

Good eve Steemitans! Specially to Pinoy readers and bloggers! Do you still remember 90's kids the things that we do in the past. It's so sad to think that we don't see anymore kids that were happy playing like we used to for example "jolens (marbles)" do you still remember those different types of postures just to launch a marble on your hand. I still remember when i was a kid that my nails were full of soil/earth and dirty face because you go to another barangay just to play "jolens" haha.

Syempre hindi din mawawala dyan ang pogs at teks, yung tipong may pektus pa mga pamato mong lukot lukot na dahil sa tingin mo iyon ang nagpapapanalo sayo. Makakalimutan ba natin ang pagbilang pagmagbabayad kana "isa-dalawa-tatlo-cha", at ang mga katagang "shoot ko na pati pato" yung tipong dumadayo pa kayo ng pinsan nyo sa kabilang barangay para mapalago lang yung iisang dangkal nyong teks na puhunan. Nakakamiss diba pero yung mga simpleng bagay na yan ang nagpapasaya satin noong araw.

Ofcourse pogs and teks will always be there, that you need to add more spin or pektus to your shot to your teks because you thought that will make you win. Are we oblivious not to remember that when we need to pay the lines "isa-dalawa-tatlo-cha(half)", and the terms "shoot ko na pati pato" and the times you go to another barangay to grew more your one palm of teks income. Do you not miss it the simple things that makes us happy.

Tuwing hapon paguwi galing eskwela malilimutan ba natin ang mga palabas sa hapon na tumatak sa atin ang mga tagalog dubbed Anime kagaya ng Voltes V, Magic Knight Rayearth, Ghost Fighter, Dragon Ball Z at iba pa, yung tipong manonood ka muna bago ka gumawa ng takdang aralin. Naaalala ko pa yung babasain mo ang buhok mo at ititirik pataas para mukhang supersaiyan katulad ni Son Goku, tatakbo ng mabilis na at nasa likod pang ang dalawang kamay para maging cool parang si vincent ng Ghost Fighter, at pipilitin mong may lumabas na raygun sa dulo ng hintuturo mo dahil mukhang paniwalangpaniwala ka sa paliwanag ni Jerichong may tsupon sa bibig hahaha.

And every afternoon after classes we will not forget the afternoon shows that engraved on our minds, the tagalog dubbed Animes like oltes V, Magic Knight Rayearth, Ghost Fighter, Dragon Ball Z etc., that you will watch first before you do your homework. I still remember that i will wet my hair and style it just to look supersaiyan like Son Goku, that you will run really really fast with both of your hands on your back just to look cool like Vincent of Ghost Fighter and you will try your best to produce an aura out of your fingertip because you really believe what Jericho says who have pacifier in his mouth hahaha.

Madami pa akong gustong ibahagi tungkol sa mga naaalala ko pero hanggang dito na lang muna dahil gabi na at kelangan ko ng matulog haha. Abangan

I still want to share more stories about the things i remember but for the mean time i will end it here because its already late and i really need to go to bed lol. To be continued
