Dance is to move your body rhythmically to the music. Dance is to express and to tell a story with motion.

BENEFITS:
Dancing is an expression of art which appeals to the emotions. It allows one to express oneself. Through dancing people come together, it doesn't matter on the age, background and races you came from as long as you enjoy the time you spent with each other.
Dancing provides the body and mind relaxation and refreshment as the music takes away the anxiety, negativity & frustrations in a while.
It also a good aerobic exercise, it makes the muscles stretched, conditioned and toned while the heart rate increases, pumping blood at a faster rate.
DO YOU CONSIDER DANCING AS A UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE?
Based on my research:
Dance compliments people with different tastes, emotions, needs, and backgrounds because there is so much variety. As a result, dancing has not only become a universal artform, but a universal language.
