This is a photo that I took in a public wet market here in our country wherein you can see everyone's problems through their eyes.

Problems are constant in our lives. Maybe sometimes you forget them or maybe you just can't. They are something that can be solved by yourself, it's about choices. Choosing to be happy. Problems are something that you can neither remove nor erase, but if you choose to be happy, your attention will focus on happy things and happy thoughts. Happiness is always a choice.

In our country, the Philippines, we face problems everyday. But we still choose to smile because it's how we, Filipinos, are—always happy, resilient and hopeful.

This is a reminder that we should always choose to be happy!
