Ice Candy : Perfect Cold Refreshment for Summer Season

Hello there steemit friends, I just wanna share the basic recipe in making sweet summer refreshment, not sure what to call it though, but most Filipino's call it Ice Candy. The best sellers during summer season and comes with different flavors. For today I'm going to share the mango with crushed grahams flavor. These are the ingredients needed.

  • Mango 2 kilos.
  • Condense Milk 3 cans
  • All purpose cream 2 sachet
  • White Sugar 1 kilo
  • Crushed Graham 2 packs
  • All purpose powder 1/8 kilo

Here are the simple procedures in making the Ice Candy. First you need to boil 8 liters of water on caserole with the condensed milk, white sugar and the all purpose powder on, stir all the ingredients until the liquid turns non-sticky.

Second shake the 1 kilo of mango, and shreed the other 1 kilo into smaller pieces, mix it to the caserole With less heat.

Third put all the mixed engredient into the ice candy plastic with the crushed grahams on, using a water funnel in filling the ice candy plastic.

Lastly put the finished product on freezer overnight until it became ice.

With the recipes above it can produce up to 185 pcs. You might want to try this recipe for personal consumption or maybe a good start of small business during summer season.
