How to make " Xôi gấc" in your home

Material:

  • 1kg of glutinous rice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar.
  • 150 ml of coconut milk.
  • 1/2 cup of salt
  • A little white wine
  • Shape to make " Xôi"

Making:

Sticky rice: soak in sticky rice for one night, when soaking rice, 1/2 cup of salt. After a night, pouring out the basket to the water.

Gấc: Take gac to make two, take the gac fruit with red meat to separate. Gac fat red meat for everyone.

Gấc Gac with white wine + a little red and a little salt, mix gac + sticky rice.

Put the glutinous rice on the chop, put on the steamer. Slurry steamed for about half an hour, open the lid back up, dry out the water on the lid. Use sticky rice rolls to stir up steamed.

Sprinkle coconut milk on sticky rice. Then, cover the back stick steamed for another 30 minutes, continue to pour the coconut milk into sticky rice and evenly. Steam until the sticky rice is soft.

When the sticky steam is soft and flexible, lift the cork out of the kitchen, wait for the steamer to evaporate, then sprinkle the sugar and mix well.
Place the sticky fingers in the mold, hold the hands tightly, remove the mold and place on the plate.
