Found a beautiful Homless Dog| Suggest me what should I do

Hey Lovely steemians!
How are ya all doing?
Today I'm here to ask you all for a suggestion.
Today I found this beautiful dog who was wandering in the streets of village. I picked him up and brought him in back yard of my uncle's house. Fed him a little milk and bread. He's still there.
Now the point is my uncle can't adopt him give me the suggestions what should I do now.

P.S I'm a hostelised student and pets are not allowed in my hostel.
