Tron tie with petro??

Petro is a coin may be first coin backed by a country venezela. The country, government and people support it. According to its white paper it is backed by oil. I don't know how it is backed.

But what astonish me most is that I don't see it on any exchange. Where it is traded.

USA don't like petro and imposed sanction on it. if we buy it will we face problem?

recently tron said they wants to tie with petro. I am not technical expert and can't understand this things. However may be its not good move for trx. as people don't like petro. trx should do partnership with some good coins.
