This one I've been working on. I have sunchokes and sweet potato. I'm wondering whether to ask my friend for some oca. I was looking into dahlias too. Yellow gem seems to be coming up as the best flavour for eating. I guess what you can choose will also vary depending on your climate.

Yeah, oca is a bit on the edge in my climate but there appears to be some great varieties that will grow here. I think the main thing is to try out 1 or 2 at a time and see what works and what you like.
