A perfect example of puberty's ditch

It walks in with a slight itch

What the nerves feel is the painful hitch

And this aunt flo causes to flitch

.

It take some hours for itch to grow 

The discrete itch is cursed by every frow

It accompanies tenderness until comes in flow

And we have to bear it to make our future glow

.

The abdomen feels trapped in cage

Spine feels a rage

Legs become stiff and fail to disengage 

The whole body suffers a rampage

.

Days at work are a distress as it lack nurture

Nights accompany uncomfortable posture

Sleeping without a pill is a torture 

But taking a pill is hitting motherhood like an archer 

.

Accepting it to be the fate

Every month we jot down the date

Get furious if the other month it gets late

As for every girl it's a healthy trait 

.
