What your perfume says about you???

Perfume of man or woman, what does it mean?
Does the perfume have a sex? In any case, it is an image that society tends to convey. We all know that perfumes are culturally coded and that some scents are associated with femininity and others with virility. But beware, these associations are not systematic! Moreover, experiments have even made it possible to highlight the unconscious attraction that a feminine scent can have for a man and vice versa.

In one of these experiments, male and female perfumes were sprayed on the chairs of a waiting room. As a result, men were more attracted to seats that smelled like women's scents. And the opposite too !
But we must still be wary of clichés especially because many flavors escape these categorizations, except in the policies of brands. Remember that choosing a fragrance that is a priori for the opposite sex does not indicate a homosexual identity or a desire to identify with the father or the mother. It's just an affirmation of his personality.

Change perfume or be faithful to it?

In this world where we live, constantly advocating novelties very attractive, we are often tempted to put aside the "old things" to turn to the news. It is true that it may be trivial details, but we must still know that the fact of constantly changing perfume may indicate that we are still looking, we still looking for his own style. Know that smell contributes to self-definition and is something serious.

Choosing a perfume is taming your image

Women are generally very influenced by the image of the femininity that the advertisement conveys, even more than by its smell. Perfumers who have mastered this art, categorized the scents to define different types of personalities, namely: woman-woman, sexy, mysterious, natural, tender, etc. The risk of this classification is to choose a perfume that does not match their own personality and thus play a role, wear masks.

It is therefore important to take the time to tame a perfume. Some do not correspond to us, even if they please us from an aesthetic point of view. True self-affirmation is done discreetly and intimately and not in the standardization as practiced by marketing.
