Who could have thought that people would love seeing things getting pawned? I won't lie, I am a huge fan of 'Pawn Stars' it's fun to watch cool and historical things getting sold. So I decided to make an article on them. I have gathered a few dark facts of 'Pawn Stars' the TV-reality show.

5. Chumlee was charged for possession of Illegal Drugs

In 2016, Austin Russell AKA "Chumlee", was raided by police for charges of a sex assault case. Although, police failed to found anything related to sex assault case, instead found marijuana, meth, Xanax, and eight unregistered firearms in his room. But the Pawn Stars' lawyers were able to negotiate down most of the charges and now he is on probation.

4. Rick bought Japanese porn

In an interview, Rick Harrison was asked about the weirdest item he ever bought on which he replied that he bought 200 years only Japanese Porn. He also told the media that its hand-printed on a scroll.
Now that's bizarre.

3. Every customer has a script

The cameramen don't just sit around the entire day until a unique product arrives. Most of the customers come in showing their product and if selected they are called back on a specific time for the shoot. Customers are given scripts of their own. Also, the producers of the show find unique products so that they can fake around.

2. The stars don't actually work in the store.

Now that they are famous, they don't work in the shop at all. They come in only on the scheduled time of the shoot. That actually makes sense as if they start being present in a world-famous store, people would come to see them rather than buy, sell or pawn things.

Olivia Black who was a caste on the show got hired after her nude photos surfaced online. Her previous career was modeling on SuicideGirls.com.
