Have you ever wondered how people with a poor eyesight see the world without glasses or contact lenses?
Right? If I weren't born in a time period with vision correction, they'd have left me for dead in the woods at some point. I'd be totally dependent on others without glasses.
That's something I've always wondered- how the hell did such piss-poor eyesight become a thing with humans? You'd think that before we settled down the genes would've died with the folk that couldn't see well, so is it a more recent mutation? Or did the people that couldn't see well find a use in camp with keeping the fires going and whatnot rather than being part of a hunting party?

E- the sunlight thing has been mentioned like four times already. Just gonna nip that in the bud right here
