There isn’t any listening without someone speaking, and speaking without someone listening is a empty gesture. Listening in English learning is related to speaking. Speaking does not mean anything unless what is spoken is responded by another person or listener. Listening is not a reflex, a little like breathing. Listening receives great attention in someone’s second language. These proved the importance and complexity of listening within a non-native language comprehension.
Through routine daily life listening is applied often than any other language skills. At least, we pay attention to listen twice as much we speak, four times more than we read, and five times more than we do writing.
