I doubt it. The people that actively work with narcissistic abuse victims have found that going no-contact is about the only way to deal with it.
You aren't dealing with a rational person. You are dealing with a person who is actively thinking of ways to get back at you and destroy you 24/7. And they get all of their friends (flying monkeys) to help.
You cannot bargain with them, as they have no remorse. They will break their word if their is even the slightest advantage for them. They restrain themselves from killing, not because killing is wrong, or that they may be caught (which is actually thrilling for many of them) but because it is a hassle to kill people, and then they do not get to torment you any more.
So, the only way to deal with these monsters is to cut them from your life and have no further dealings with them.

Psychopaths are not like Hannibal Lecter. They, on the outside, show a perfect person. Perfectly in control of their emotions, seemingly highly rational, and portray that they are very caring. (however, the opposite is true. They are masters of disguise)
