Children are not allowed to be children any more. What the heck is wrong with parents who allow their children to be used in this fashion? Is for the money? The fame? Living vicariously through their children? This brings back the memory of JonBenét Ramsey a little 6 year old beauty queen who was murdered. It turns my stomach when I see kids of any age being sexualized! I see kids here learning "sexy" dances when they are 5 or 6 years old. Has the world gone mad?
I'm afraid it has, @cecicastor...We mustn't stand for it. Indeed, the death of JonBenet Ramsey was a horrible thing, the poor little girl....
It does turn one's stomach, I took a thirty minute break after writing the article and going through pictures of children models (none actually explicit, or anything) because it's disgusting to see what people can do to their children...I just don't get how you can care about that. I mean, when I'll have a kid, I think I'll focus on teaching them more important things (like how the government is evil and trying to do nasty things to ya!), not obsessing over their beauty.
