Pause for a minute before anything else. There is one exercise that helps you focus and makes a difference. Try the following:

1- Take a deep breath filling your stomach for 5 seconds.

2- Hold your breath for 4 seconds.

3- Exhale by pulling your stomach inward for 10 seconds.

Do it several times slowly and relaxedly.. and notice the difference :)
