Good & Evil, Highschool Sweethearts.

More frequently these days we gather at our various place of worship for a dose of the scriptures, regardless of our faith, the books are different but the message falls under the same themes, Love, Peace, Holiness & Righteousness all heavenly virtues mite I add, but do our spiritual leaders speak of peace but subliminally put us on a war path? If yes is it intentional? Maybe, maybe not, does turning the other cheek have limitations if you agree when would the threshold be crossed?

Well good and evil obviously exists and both counterbalance each other or shall I say keep each other in check just like light and darkness. A full time job if you ask me. So I'm thinking, can there be too much good and how would the world we live in look? Itchy, Irritating or just too fruity. Imagine if everyone carried smiles all day long, at the office, at home, at the malls, in cues, imagine if no one cursed or yelled at each other or just imagine, no revenge, no hatred, no bullies, no wars just peace. Yuck! So evil is necessary isn't it? You see it's a world where good and evil walk holding hands at days end, sharing a cup of coco while settling in, and evil asks "hey hun how was your day at work" they tell a few stories and laugh off.

It's human to get on the dark side every once in a while as well as being irritated by other peoples bad/evil acts. it's also human to judge others for sinning differently. A pedophile pointing fingers at a thief or a prostitute calling a drug dealer dirty. Its all relative if you ask me.

Sometimes it feels like there is more evil out there than good, every time you turn on your TV to your favorite news channel, all you'd see is death, corruption or violence. You'd have to agree with me when I say news channels wont get high ratings for covering "good times" because people somehow are drawn to tragedy and negativity, people have loved violence for ages. Be it gladiators slashing pounds of flesh off each other or boxers throwing punches for a title, its all the same, we love it and we embrace it.
