How to sell BTC and make 15-30%+ more then market value.

When you want to sell BTC for fiat currency but want to avoid some of the issues people run into with sudden last second market fluctuations. I found a way where you can sell you BTC for up to 30% more then the asked market value, and people regularly buy it from you at around 15%.

This website (xcoins, click the image above) allows users to use paypal to buy and sell BTC. Since this isn't a system where users deal directly with users, nobody can screw anyone else over. Since people want to buy BTC with paypal they will buy it and pay an additional 15% asking price from the seller(you). I can go into the system that lets you sell from them and make money either direction even while your BTC was bought from them, but I don't want to go into that right now as this sounds enough like an advertisement to where I'm thinking about scrapping this and just posting the image/link and hope people get the idea. Point is, when you sell you can request the amount plus some. Just do it when you sell, you can buy from coin base and sell with these guys and make profit seconds later. Standard sell price is market value plus 15%. The page lets you adjust all of that from there with a nice GUI, so its not complicated or confusing. They're trust worthy, and it goes to your pay pal (if that's where you want to get paid) damn near instantly.
