Please inform yourself on the Bitcointalk threads. Payger is Blockpay, with all indication for an exit scam in relation to a winding down of Bitshares Munich and its assets.
Sunbear is right, this is another scam from christoph hering , this is the same scam as blockpay, stealing money from people please beware!
