I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing course "SLC22-W2 // Ice Cream". Before going to start task i would like to invite @roohiasif99, @sualeha and @drhira for the task.
Have you ever made ice cream? Tell us about your experience.
Yes, i have made ice cream before many time. All time my experience was great. Easiest ice-cream is mango ice-cream. During mango 🥭 season i make mango ice-cream many times. Its texture is smooth and creamy. My family loves ice-cream.
I have tries vanilla ice-cream, strawberry 🍓 ice-cream, almond ice-cream, chocolate 🍫 ice-cream and mango ice-cream many times. But my family loves mango and chocolate ice-cream.
So I tried mostly chocolate ,chips ,brownies ice-cream and in summer mango ice-cream.
Make a creative ice cream of the flavor of your choice (detail utensils, ingredients and step by step).
Today I'm making ice-cream from the same recipe that teacher given in task.
| 200 ml of cream or heavy cream |

| 125 gr of condensed milk |
| 30 gr of chocolate |
| 1 tsp vanilla |

Thank all ingredients according to the recipe measurement.
Mix coco powder in condensed milk .

- Beat cream with beater well ,today I tried first time fresh milk instead of tetra packed cream ,its more creamy .

- Add coco and condensed milk mixture in cream and beat it well.
 |  |  |

- Pour this mixture in air tight box,add some chocolate chips and keep it in fridge for 4-6 hours.

- Final presentation of ice-cream.

Did you encounter any difficulties in making your ice cream?
This recipe was quite perfect and i follow the same recipe so I dont face any kind of difficulty. Today i used fresh cream ,it takes more time to beat than packed cream.
Do you have any special tips or advice for making ice cream? Share it.
- Ice-cream should be freeze in air tight jar to prevent ice crystals.
- Ice-cream should be served freeze.
- For flavour if you add any fruit, it should be in chunky paste.
- Topping should be prepared before .

I am truly amazed at the quality of your awesome ice cream making posts. How beautifully you can make ice cream. Ice cream is one of my favorite foods in particular. I like ice cream very much. And I buy them sometimes and bring them home and put them in the fridge and eat them whenever I want. Ice cream is my child's favorite. Anyway good luck with your occasional question.@suboohi mem

Nice one, I don't always like ice cream but with what I read and see. I will try to make it by myself
