I will share with you how I normally make pudding. So without further ado, let's move on to the main question and answer section. I have tried to answer each question correctly.

Yes, I often make this dessert at home. In our country, it is known as pudding. Pudding can be made very easily with a few ingredients. Normally, I make pudding by mixing milk, eggs and sugar. If I don't have vanilla essence, I use lemon juice instead. Moreover, whenever any occasion comes or I want to eat dessert, I can easily make this pudding. Moreover, my children love to eat this type of dessert item. The consistency of pudding can be made by blending it in a blender or it can be made by mixing it well with the help of hands. Few dayes ago when I first made caramel, the colour of the caramel did not come out properly. Sometimes it would burn. But now I often make pudding and can easily make caramel without any problems. I have learned the method of making caramel very well.

I took a certain amount of sugar in the pot where I would set the pudding and mixed it with a little water. Then I cooked the sugar and water on medium heat. At this stage, the stove heat cannot be reduced at all. It has to be cooked on a little more medium heat. So that the sugar does not burn but melts well. I melted the sugar completely by stirring occasionally. Then when the color started to come, I reduced the heat gradually. When the sugar melted and became a little light color, I turned off the stove heat. If I keep the fire in the stove at this time, it will burn. Gradually, the colour became perfect due to the heat of the pot. After setting the caramel, I put the tiffin to one side.
Then I took the milk in a pot and put it on the stove and heated it lightly. If the pudding is made in lukewarm milk, the texture comes out very well. But you have to take care that the milk does not get too hot; otherwise, the pudding will be ruined and will not set properly. I broke the eggs in a bowl and added sugar to it. Then I added one teaspoon of lemon juice to it. I used one teaspoon of lemon juice instead of vanilla essence here. This will remove the smell of the egg.
I mixed all the mixtures well. I slowly poured the egg mixture into the milk and stirred it continuously. Finally, I added condensed milk to it. After stirring it well again, I strained the entire mixture through a strainer. It is better to strain this mixture with the help of a strainer. Then I threw away the lumps that were in the strainer.
I poured the egg-milk mixture into the caramel tiffin that I had prepared earlier. Then I added enough water in a bowl. When I placed my tiffin on it, I placed a small kitchen towel at the bottom of the bowl so that the bowl did not move too much. Then she put the lid on the tiffin and placed it on top of the water. After placing the mould, I covered the pot with a lid.
I checked with a toothpick to see if the pudding was set. Each one came out cleanly, so I knew my pudding was completely set. I then took it off the stove. When the pudding was set, I turned off the stove and took out the tiffin after some time. My pudding took 45 minutes to make. It may take more or less time for many. After some time, I put it in the fridge to set well. After an hour, I took it out of the fridge and peeled the sides with the help of a knife. Then I molded the pudding on a plate.
It moulded out very beautifully. You can see that the colour of the pudding came out very beautifully. I tried to share my perfect recipe with you. The inside of the pudding was very soft. I cut a piece of the pudding and took a picture. This makes it very easy to understand how soft the inside of the pudding was. It was also great to eat. Pudding is a dessert that is very easy to make and very delicious to eat. It melts as soon as you put it in your mouth. As per the rule, I wrote today's date and my ID name on a piece of paper and took a picture.

- Caramel cannot be made by increasing the heat of the stove, as this will cause the sugar to boil and the taste of the pudding to be ruined.
- When making pudding, each ingredient should be given in its proper quantity. The amount of milk and eggs should be given correctly, otherwise the pudding will break while being molded out.
- The container in which the flan is set should be covered well, otherwise when the water boils, the water will go into the pudding, which will ruin the pudding.
