Last 3 times i did them i had a bad trip. Guess it's not something for me because i start to panic. I can't go with the flow i start to fight it and then i'm fucked.
Yeah that sucks man they for sure aren’t for everyone. Fighting it never helps either lol it takes practise to remain on earth sometimes lol
