Oh my Ramen this is sooooo good! I used dried Shitake Mushroom Strips right to the broth - and let it simmer longer than you would normally making ramen. I used frozen peas and I add all the spice I have ... so YUM! (Tip: if you want creamy twist add a scoop of hummus.. protein boost and hits that creamy spot )
