What’s the biggest lesson here? For your team or company to grow, you have to be unselfish. It can’t be just you earning big throughout your journey in growing your business. It’s impossible to single handedly lead your company to success. You need to learn how to work effectively with other people. You will need to shell out, reinvest your profits back to your business and sometimes even adding more capital to the business because you have high operation expenses or unexpected expenses.
These people understood the Law of Give and Take. They are empathetic and are willing to suffer on their short term economics for their long term gains.
