Hi everyone! This weekend is all about advoacy and community service.

SATURDAY, 8: 15 am

Early in the morning, I went to CLB office in Cebu City because the Kiyo staffs are here in Cebu to shoot some videos for the Main Office in Belgium. By the way, CLB (Children Legal Bureau) is a non- government organization which helps the rights of children and provide a playtform for our stories to be heard. And as a CRA (Child Right's Advocate) our radio broadcasting and monthly meeting is funded by KIYO.

Going back, we had our early breakfast there and met with Kiyo staffs; Ate Che and Ate Jale. Together with my co-CRA's we did our brain storming and levelling off for our radio program which our topic that we discussed was: Reproductive Health in line with teenage pregnancy.

We had our guest which is Ge! and knew that believing to have a menstruation at an early age is a myth and reproductive heath bill her in Philippines encompasses with awareness and education that has life skills which we can use for our safety as well as family planning.

4:30PM

After that, me and my co-CRA's went to Sto. Niño church in Cebu City to offer some prayers and lighted up a candle.

SUNDAY

10: 08 am

It's another day for CRA's. Went early to Subangdaku Gardens for an interview with KIYO. We had fun shooting some scenes that would be used as a building up of the story and while waiting to be interviewed, I am with kids that were more vain, wise and energetic than I am. Learned that a 12 year old gay child joins gay pageant just to earn money and give it to his parents afterwards. And I heard many more inspiring stories that would make you think about life and what you are doing.

Travelling for Paknaan gym for the meeting. My Co-CRA's did facilitate the meeting and our Ate's did some talk about our causes❣️.

I was actually pulled out for an interview that I failed to took photo because I left my PHOOOoonnee 😂.

Our barangay service car is very hardworking to fetch us from Paknaan back to our barangay! So thankful 🖤

P.s. Our radio program is every saturday and monthly meetings is for every month.
