It’s Good To Be Back
I have been struggling with my life for the past few months. Mentally, spiritually, physically, financially and what else???? I felt so down and depressed, lack of motivation. I have been unable to keep up my healthy diet and I stopped my outdoor activities. It changed the whole ME. I know this is not right, i know that I have to do something, that I MUST motivate myself into getting back to the real me.
And this where I started....to RUN a 10km this morning and I did it.
Note to self: Fight, cheer-up, be back!
