我的食譜(自製腰豆酱)

自己很喜欢吃腰豆酱和花生酱,以前都是去超市买花生酱吃,友人就说不如自己做,自己做的也比较健康又沒有防腐剂和添加剂的成分。

心想也对啊!自己和家人又这么喜欢吃腰豆酱如果去超市买價錢也廷贵的,就问友人妳会做吗?朋友说她当然会做啦,所以就跟友人学会如何製做腰豆酱,花生酱,做法都一样只是看个人的喜好选择腰豆还是花生🥜

自製的腰豆酱,花生酱,好吃就不用説了那是肯定的,自己做的吃得也比较安心,用来搽面包🍞饼干都 是我的最爱😍

也可以用面包涂上牛油,花生酱,切幾片香蕉🍌排在面包上然后撒上芝士碎放进烤箱烤10分钟即可享用美味可口的早餐了。

材料:
橄榄油6汤匙
腰豆/花生400g(選其中一样)
糖6汤匙
盐少许

做法:
先将腰豆放进烤箱烤至表面金黄色待冷却后
把全部材料加在一起用搅拌机打成泥酱即可。

我自己製做腰豆酱和花生酱都不加糖,我觉得没有加糖的腰豆酱会更香更順滑爽口。☺️
