Family communication and support Means conversing with each other and listening to your needs by heart, carrying everyone along without leaving any behind.
There are some good ways of family communication and support.
Make it mandatory among the children that when one is talking the other should listen and vise versa.. This promotes orderliness.
Have important family meetings to solve things that affects everyone or anyone.
Make it a rule that no one shouts at each other
Make sure every school activities and meetings are placed on the family calendar so everyone will follow up.
Put notes on message boards to convey messages so everyone sees it when they arrive.
They must always ask if they want to visit a friend, watch Tv or go out
If everyone wants to use and watch different programs at same time, make a timetable for everyone on different dates
If anyone feels upset with another they must both try to work it out to conflict
Setup a chore chat so everyone have something doing, give the simple and easy tasks to the young ones.
Always organize special moments for each child either with mum, dad or granny to avoid one sided love.
How to respect each other:
- They must use their manners
- Ban foul languages among them
- Each must learn how to encourage each other
- Everyone must respect each other's space and opinions.
- Listen to each other's Demands
