Parenting Marathon!
Parenthood is an absolute marathon! When we run a marathon, what should we never do? It is true! We should never try to sprint the whole way, right? It's crazy to think that we could sprint everything. We have to adapt to a marathon. And since parenthood is like a marathon, it makes sense for us parents to keep pace with our endless parenting and energy expenditure to raise our young.
Do you want to know something cool that our parent marathon has about a real runner's marathon? We parents can use different parental muscles as we progress through our marathon, so that we don't exhaust ourselves as much as real marathon runners. True marathoners don't use a lot of different muscles. Sure, they vary a bit, but it's always the same repetitive pounding on the knees. Over time, this repetitive pounding causes true marathon runners to decrease their performance.
However, when it comes to the parenting marathon, our experience is different. Of course, we still have great distances to cover and hills to climb, as well as slippery slopes. And all parents will agree that parenthood is exhausting. It's full of ups and downs with periods of vast, flat runs and monotony between all the excitement, or should I say madness. However, unlike true marathon runners who fade with age as their muscles wear down, many of our parent muscles tend to improve with age. With a lot of equivalent experience, we can see our hard work in making our children wonderful people.

And stop sweating so many little things. that parenting is a marathon, so pick up your pace and enjoy it because at some point it's gonna get really good.
