Parenting Role

In many studies, what we call parenthood is not accepted as an innate feeling or an instinctive feeling. It is stated that this role is accepted by the society and that the other individuals load the requirements of this role over time to the mother. And the experiences of the mother contribute to this role.

This can be said of the role of the father from the parents, including the parents. But in our opinion motherhood is not a social doctrine, but a innate instinct.

If the results of some researches suggest that if maternity is instinctive or innate, then all women must give birth, but there is no such obligation. Because of this, motherhood does not come from birth. This may be true in some respect.

Of course, not all women have to give birth. Even in some traditional societies, the most important (mandatory) status attributed to a woman is maternity, but nowadays there is no such priority or limitation in developed societies. More precisely, there is no such obligation. But if we explain this in another example, sexuality is one of our most basic instincts.
