After using the word 'clearly', it's extrapolation, and confirmation of, the 'clearly'opening.
This is not extra information, as intended. The 'clearly' is the point, the remaining parts of the sentence merely a confirmation on the passive aggressive intent.

Opening a sentence with 'clearly' is an attempt to consolidate the next coming words in a sentence.
It is an attempt to make the reader believe a false assertion, and thus an inaccurate narrative.
It is a 'defensive' assertion.
An insecure sentence, and defensive in it's nature.

This denotes a need to dominate others.

Defensive sentences tend to imply an insecurity or fear.
Fragile ego's are very sensitive to any kind of ridicule. (real or otherwise).
In this case, it was me using humor in a reply to your post.

One person humor, is another persons ridicule. (in the eyes of the over sensitive ego).
