so many messages coming from the experts on health nowadays, ... be vegan, . be raw vegan, .. on the opposite end are the Keto diet (ers) , .. which is low carb (30grams per day) or less. so which one is best, .. best is as you say what fits with you. i generally try to follow the low carb diet so i limit my carbs but dont adapt to keto, so maybe im doing 50-80 grams carbs.. i do OK on this. here is universal truth though that all agree on and that refined sugar is something to try and minimize as much as possible.
I eat a lot of carbs but then get a lot of exercise calories mean nothing to me. Experts can give good advices but we are all different and burn differing amounts. The only dietary advices that everyone should follow to the letter is eat organic and avoid processed crap. This stuff is bad for you and also if you eat meat be aware that if the animal dies unhappy or in trauma then the meat will carry that energy! Organic is the key through and grow you own where you can this is the diet to follow 💯🐒
