Foreign aid to Israel (and other terrorists) is in blatant violation of two amendments of the "1961 Foreign Aid Act", known as the "Symington and Glenn Amendments", which ban aid to clandestine nuclear powers. Act one deals with aid to a nuclear power which refuses to sign the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty. Act 2 makes it illegal to arm any country that uses those arm against civilians or targets civilians. (Nearly $300 billion disclosed since the enactment of the law).
The Logan Act of 1799 forbids a foreign agent or dignitary as well as unauthorized US citizens from engaging in, interfering with or otherwise attempting to influence diplomatic negotiations with foreign governments. Acting on the invitation from House Majority Leader John Boehner, Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu arrived last year on Capitol Hill and before both chambers of the House and Senate delivered a divisive, explosive ultimatum brazenly warning the US to not move forward with signing a treaty with Iran over its status of non-nuclear development

Since 2000, at least 8.000 Palestinian children have been arrested and prosecuted in an Israeli military detention system notorious for the systematic ill-treatment and torture of Palestinian children. Several hours after their arrest, children arrive at an interrogation and detention center alone, sleep deprived and often scared. Interrogations include a variety of verbal abuse, threats and physical violence that ultimately result in a confession. Blindfolded, cuffed, no parents, no lawyers, no trial, no child's rights, nothing. This has to stop as a member of the United Nations Israel must act in compliance with the United Nation Convention for the rights of a child as stated in the convention: Convention on the Rights of the Child Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 44/25 of 20 November 1989
