To Everyone, welcome back to my post. So today I am here for you again to share with you my workout experience, about my physique and also about my self too. That which exercise or which part of my body do I love the most!!

  • I love my back very much and I trained it very hardly my back is V shape and I'm really obsessed with my back.

  • I always do this 3 basic exercises for my back and it gives me such an insane result as you can see in pictures.

1: Bent-Over Barbell Row.

2: seated cable row.

3: dumbell row.

I have the 5 months of experience in workout and I have proud of my self that I transform my body in just a five months. I usually transform my self from 40 kg to 56 kg.


But there was one problem which is like I notice many of people in gym that they all are doing wrong exercises for bulking.

  • In summer they are performing 4 or 5 sets of each game which is not good for bulking.

  • we need to do maximum of 3 sets of game or in each set we need to do 8 or 10 reps in heavy weight which is good for bulking in summer.

  • My goal about workout and Gym is to become an Olympian champion and I'm so obsessed with becoming an Olympian. I'm motivated from cbum who's personality is such an insane and inshallah one day I will be an Olympian I'm struggling for it very hardly. And what I need from you is your support guys I need your support because without your support I'm nothing. So keep supporting me inshallah I will be here for you in the next post.
