Another update on "Running Wild" paint by number.
I made some good progress this week!
Here is my last update from a week ago.
And here is where I am now.
That right side was difficult because of the similar light colours. For some reason, the whiter paints are thick and I must add water and flow improver...but not too much or the numbers will show through. I thought of adding some blue to the sky but decided to just follow the pattern and see how it goes. I think the yellow tones will go well with the rest of the colours in the painting.
I keep noticing a one eyed, open mouthed root creature in the middle of the painting. I hope he disappears when the fox appears! Thanks for l👀king!
I see the root monster too! He will probably disappear, yes. You're making great headway!

Wow. That looks like a labour of love. Those spaces are tiny! Do you paint with a magnifying glass or are you able to see them?
I use a 3x magnifying glass. It is so much neater that way. And a very tiny brush! It's actually relaxing.
Yes. I can imagine it would be. I have a magnifying glass to go round my neck for detailed work but I haven't used it yet. I don't think I've quite come to terms with the fact that I need it. Still in denial. 😁
Once you use it.....you will never go back! I feel like I'm not wearing my glasses if I forget to use it!
It's coming along really well! I love how the white space is gradually blossoming into colour. Looking forward to the fox :)
Haha, that root creature (not sure if I'm seeing exactly the same one, but still...) is hard to unsee once you've noticed it. I think the fox will help as I don't find it so disturbing when looking at the box.
I'm sure its the same one! I thought it must be me because I look at it so much but by husband noticed it too and didn't say anything until I asked him!
So, the next step in work) I understand, that you decided to leave the Fox's for dessert? ))
