Hello steemit! , today I present the monumental giant paella for 5,000 people.
Incredients:
60 liters of oil
400 kilos of rice
125 kilos of tomato
18 kilos of salt
350 kilos of chicken
150 kilos of rabbit
350 kilos of flat bean
50 kilos of garrofo
1,5 of sweet paprika
2.5 food coloring
1,200 liters of water

By the way, how much food colouring was put in there, just in case I'd like to redo this monumental dish for a crew?

O hay que ser muy buen cocinero para medir la cantidad correcta de ingredientes para semejante plato 🍛 o tener muy buena matemática.
Está todo pesado desde hace más de 40 años que se lleva haciendo la monumental paella y se necesitan más de 20 cocineros para hacerla.

Oh God, this is awesome! I have a cousin who is a chef and at a family party prepared an immense paella, obviously not giant like yours. It's a shame that I'm allergic to certain seafood
