Some Background in few words:
The marketing team of a less known
Crypto Currency named PacCoin (PAC)
Decided to change their Twitter account name, (a fatal mistake ...)
What happened immediately afterwards was simply amazing -
Someone took over the Twitter account with the old name
(which all the followers have known for a long time)
And immediately began to Tweet
That there is a technical problem and who will not transfer all of his PAC
to his address - Will just lose all his coins...
Thousands of unsuspecting users have sent and still sending as i'm writing
Millions of PacCoins to this scammer and there is no way to stop it ...

UPDATE 11-01-18 - Twitter had suspended the fake account, it was alive for more than 24h and robbed a lot of people.
