Well, the story of the hero Overwatch Genji and Hanzo from the Shimada clan also introduces a series of events in the Overwatch story that will change their lives and organization forever! Let's see their story!

Shimada Clan

The Shimada clan has been established for centuries. As time went on, the strength and influence of the Shimada clan increased and eventually turned this clan into a large criminal organization.

Based in Hanamura, Japan, the Shimada clan builds its fortunes through illegal weapons trade, drugs, and being a hit man. Members of the Shimada clan have also been trained since young so they are skilled at using weapons.
Leaders in the Shimada clan are selected through family lineages. When the leader of the clan Shimada died, his son would automatically inherit the position of his father and carry the family heritage, including all of their criminal activities.

In the case of Genji and Hanzo, their father did have two boys who were potentially the leader of the Shimada clan, although of course the title of leadership would automatically be given to his eldest son, Hanzo.

Genji and Hanzo Disputes

Hanzo Shimada is a golden boy in the Shimada clan. Not only has the soul lead, but Hanzo is also a good strategist and tactician. He also has a remarkable talent in martial arts, playing swords, and using bows.

Hanzo was destined to lead the Shimada clan and he had been prepared for that important position from birth. On the other hand, his sister Genji Shimada has a completely different story.
Just like his brother, Genji also has a remarkable talent in combat, but unlike Hanzo is Genji does not really think about his duties and obligations as a member of the Shimada clan.

Genji tends to live as a playboy and enjoys a special life and does not care about family business. Lonely life style he lakoni because felt the task as a leader has been delegated to Hanzo.
By the time the father of the two brothers of the Shimada clan died, Hanzo volunteered to become a leader, but every leadership would be accompanied by a great responsibility.
