Energy Alchemy

Keeping being positive is not an easy job.
Lots of negative thoughts comes over and over.

This situation seems like hopeless but there's a very powerful solution.
That's the Energy Alchemy.

Whether it is positive or negative, energy is energy.
Positive energy give me power.
Negative energy take power from me.

However, it is possible to make negative energy give me power.

There's a melting pot in our body.
The melting pot is near stomach.
Only if I decide to burn the negative energy, it gives me power.

That's all.
It's very similar to burning oil.
Oil is smelly and dirty.
If you don't burn the oil, it's just trash.
If you burn the oil, it will give you lots of power.
