When I move a company, the first thing I do is a health checkup on the organization.

Missing features or overlapping or inverted triangles, ...

Make a medical diagnosis.
Regulations, systems, decision-making structure (meeting body), management system, operating system, etc.
Rules of thumb, employment rules, evaluation, compensation, BOD, management plan, KPI, product service operation regulations,...

Make a psychiatric diagnosis.
Organizational culture, vision, ideal talent, core values, DNA, manners, education, etc.
Emphasis on attention, actual patterns, satisfaction, leadership, EVP,...

Just like people, organizations need to do these health checks regularly.
Because the state of health of an organization is always changing.
If there is an abnormality in a specific part, you must immediately receive the detailed treatment again or receive treatment.
