Now a days food has become easier to prepare .......... Agree or not

Humans have made countless inventions to make their lives easier.Every day we get to know about a new invention in every field of life.Only a few centuries ago people used to live in a hard time because of the absence of technology but today technology has revolutionized our lives,Technology has changed our life from entertainment to cooking food.Now we are dependent on technology for which we can say that it is helping us but unfortunately on the other hand these technologies are making us lazy.
Only few centuries ago people used to live a hard life with regards to preparation of food because of the absence of technology.From grinding spices to cutting and chopping meat and even kneading dough had to be done by their own hands.Wood had to be collected from far away land to make stoves.All these activities used to consume a lot of their time and energy.On the contrary,today we have a vast range of electronic appliances to prepare food to name a few : grinder , breaker , oven,bread maker and hand mixer,blinder e.t.c.Now its is easier to prepare food because of these appliances.It does not take much time and energy to cook food anymore.Now the preparation of food is easy,anyone and everyone can cook food.As a result people do not depend on other for preparing food.Now, they have plenty of time to do other work .They can spend their time with their families as they can also socialize more and do whatever they want to do.They get enough time to give to their hobbies less energy is spent on preparing food,so that today people are more active , happy and more full of live.Therefore,it is safe to say that now a days food has become easier to prepare food.
However,we must take care hat we do not start depending on technology too much as this will also be harmful for us.As the famous quote goes " Excess of anything is bad ".
