🎥 Steemit open mic🎤 week 137| "Amazing Grace" (cover) by @vanne 🎶
Hello to all the musical family open mic!
This week I will perform one of the most universal songs that exists ... Written by John Newton. I really like the way he starts describing his own condition human being by not having God in his life. Although not all are as despotic as John Newton there is a reality that we can not deny. We all sin and in the depths of our being and thoughts is that inclination, we do not know how to record the situation until suddenly that confrontation occurs , a confrontation that often occurs in the midst of storms and storms.
This author had to live literally this reality, the limit that led him to believe in God was salvation in the midst of his shipwreck where he had no choice but to acclaim his name in the midst of despair. He could get "grace" and it is the same one that he describes majestically in his lyrics. So, accompany me in this short time to enjoy that gift that is freely given to all of us by believing in his power and mercy, because "He makes something worthless and despised something valuable" 1 Corinthians 1: 27-28 and this through faith.
in particular I did not want to upload this photo but my older sister told @simonegenn me that she wanted to see it in this publication and that she had no problem, so here she is!😂 .This week even though I did not have to my friend @chiquibencomo to help me in the pronunciation of English I decided to take the risk, excuse my lexicon!
Letter
I
Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
T'was blind but now I see
II
T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear
And Grace, my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed
III
Through many dangers, toils and snares
We have already come.
T'was grace that brought us safe thus far
And grace will lead us home
IV
When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise
Than when we’d first begun
I once was lost, but now am found;
Was blind, but now I see...!
Thanks to all of you!

Letra
I
Sublime gracia del Señor
Que a mi, pecador salvó
Fui ciego mas hoy veo yo
Perdido y El me halló
II
Su gracia me enseño a temer
Mis dudas ahuyentó
¡Oh cuán precioso fue a mi ser
Cuando El me transformó!
III
En los peligros o aflicción
Que yo he tenido aquí
Su gracia siempre me libró
Y me guiará feliz
IV
Y cuando en Sión por siglos mil
Brillando este cual sol
Yo cantaré por siempre allí
Su amor que me salvó
Fui ciego mas hoy veo yo
Perdido y El me halló...!
¡Gracias a todos ustedes!

Wow! Very beautiful song, and your rendition does it justice. I did not know any of that information about the writer, John Newton. Thank you for making this wonderful post.
Hey! Thank you very much. It is really an amazing story, it also reminds me of the life of the apostle Paul who also went through a storm. Thanks for passing and a taste that has pleased you.
