RE: A musical experiment: bass and rhythm added to an #openmic contestant's entry (Broken Mirror by @OneTrueBrother)

Nice one man ! I like your bass playing on that. It can't be easy to get it all synced when I am sure my tempo was drifting around. Be well peace

Thanks man!
Well, while I was working on it, I was actually impressed by the steadiness of your tempo: It is difficult to keep a tick when just playing a song on the guitar, and in most cases, it needs re-recording after having placed the beat. Well, obviously here, it was not needed!
Take care, and keep in touch!

I forgot to mention also that I never use a tuning fork or other tuner except when I change strings, so I wondered if you had to do a lot of tuning to match me; I assume that my tuning "drifts" over time as I play around with alternate string tunings, etc.

Oh yes I remember haha, I had to tune the bass on your guitar down by a little more than a half tone. But who cares, as long as all strings of the guitar are tuned to each other ;-). Let's not submit to the tyranny of the 440Hz lol!

By the way what was your string tuning on this piece (sounded pretty cool)?
