🎶 Open Mic Week 70 - My Top 5 Judges Selection 🎶
So this week I am running super late with this top 5, so forgive me but I am gonna fly through this just to ensure I get my selections out there :D
It was a great week, so great I couldn't make up my damned mind - but hey I got there in the end!
Much love to all our entrants, you guys are just stepping it up each and every week and its an honour to be a part of this - plus so much fun to get to hear all this amazing music.
Well without further delay, here are my week 70 judges top 5 selections...
This week's top 5:
1st Place - @joseacabrerav- Me va mejor
Dude seriously loved every single second of this entry, you have just created a masterpiece - and I am beyond thrilled I got to experience it.
I love your vocals, your range and control are always sublime - as is your playing and it was a thrill to get to see you with a full band, just an all round brilliant entry!
You should know by now I am a big fan of yours and your music, it is great to see you stepping it like this - I see big things ahead for you my friend and I can't wait to hear all about it, look forward to what you share next.
2nd Place - @dominiqueguitars - Love
What an absolutely stunningly beautiful song, I was taken on a beautiful journey - your vocals are just amazing, you look like your whole now with your guitar in hand.
I loved this entry so much, it'e even more impressive given you wrote it - I just can't wait to hear more from you, you have a clear talent and I am excited to see the possibilities ahead of us.
3rd Place - @iqbalubit - one last story
For this entry I was sold the instant I heard those amazingly flawless vocals, I am a sucker for vocal control and you just slayed that song perfectly.
The vocal arrangement is just sublime, I love the vocal gymnastics and how perfectly they fit with you lyrics and playing - just an all round perfect entry.
I am looking forward to hearing more from you soon, you have a real gift so thank you for sharing it with us.
4th Place - @nestorchacin - Mientes Tan Bien
Well this was just faultless guys, what an amazing performance - those harmonies are just absolute perfection every time I hear them.
You have such an amazing full sound, you really bring it all together into a solid performance that I just absolutely loved - I so look forward to hearing more from you guys soon!
5th Place - @addiesworld - Bleeding Love
Addie, Addie, Addie, every damn time girl - its your fricken voice I just can't get enough of it, seriously as @isaria said on the radio today "I could listen to that voice all day" damn straight she's right.
Even with your covers you never fail to rework and make the song intrinsically yours, I love the power you display in this song - it is just what it needed and you killed it.
I can't wait to keep seeing and hearing you on here, your amazingly talented and it should be public knowledge by now - but you have yourself a fan here, keep it up!

Well as I said before this week was amazing, now you can see what I was talking about- I love this contest and the people in you, you are all so bloody amazing!
I will be keeping this short as I also said earlier, so please forgive my super short reviews - know I love you and your music and if time would only cooperate for once, I could smash out the glorious praise you all so rightly deserve.
But it is what it is and no matter what I listened to all the entries and I just have difficulty to fathom how any of it is possible, you guys just keep getting better each and every week - who know's what we'll hear then, the possibilities are endless.
Anyways I better go so this is up in time, for all these lovely people to go in the running - have a great week and keep the tunes coming!

On the note of the community I thought I'd take a moment to mention that, over at the minnow support program on our discord chat room Peace Abundance and Liberty - the recently revitalised music room has been getting rather active lately.
As well as the recent burst of activity, we have also added a jukebox to the room - so now when you're chatting with people in the music room, you can choose and play music from youtube (this includes open mic entries, I may have already played a couple I really enjoyed).
So far I have seen a few open mic regulars hanging out and about on the PAL chat rooms, now we have a place where we can actively share music live with people were chatting with - this can help musicians in so many ways, not to mention it's just fun to hang out and chat over and about good tunes.
In addition to the new music room Peace Abundance and Liberty chat rooms have a lot to offer, you can access bots to vote on your posts, you can also meet and interact with over 5000 steemians in the channel - this can be a very useful resource to new steemians, but is also a fantastic place to meet and interact with like minded individuals on many different topics.
