Steemit Openmic Week 102 : Elderflower Sea (Original Song)

Hi guys,

it's been a super productive summer. Lots of new ideas, recordings, new musical inspirations, and among them meeting this awesome guitarist from New York, Will Mosto.

We did a semi acoustic garden recording of my song: Elderflower Sea. Thank you Will, for the magical guitar.

It is a very precious song to me, that was inspired by cycling through Berlin after a big storm, that made all the elderflowers fall into this big puddles of water and cycling through it really felt like swimming in an Elderflower sea.

I wanted to capture this feeling of not really wanting anything, this kind of sweet desire-less state, when you just want to feel the sweet warm wind as you cycle through a quite city after the storm and somehow that is enough and you feel perfectly complete.

Listening to this back, would have been nicer if I had a mic, well next time :)

Yesterday we had our first show with Will, here in Berlin, looking forward to more to come. Still looking for a band name, any suggestions?
